No, we will remove and destroy any personal data from the devices we receive. We do a factory restore of all devices, which removes all personal information and resets the device back to the original factory settings. If your cell phone contains a SIM card, REMOVE it prior to shipping your cell phone to us. It is our policy to destroy any SIM cards we receive for your protection and for that reason we cannot return any that are included in your shipment.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Orders that were picked up at our store must be returned in person.
In person returns are refunded immediately but it may take your bank 5 to 10 days to process. For orders that were shipped you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Your cell phone’s ESN is usually invalid for one of three reasons; it is still active to an account, it has been reported lost or stolen, or still has an account balance with the wireless service provider. In the instance that the phone was reported lost or stolen we cannot purchase the cell phone from you until it is cleared by the wireless service provider. Prior to bringing us the cell phone, contact the wireless service provider to verify that your cell phone’s ESN is clear for activation.
We handle drop off in the order that they arrive. But a typical customer is usually in and out with their payment in less than 15 minutes. First we confirm the device is the exact device described during checkout by using the manufacturer markings on the device. Next we charge and power on the device. We then ensure the condition of the device is consistent with the description you selected during checkout. If the device is a cell phone we first verify your phone’s ESN number. This number is unique to your cell phone and it allows us to verify that your cell phone is available for activation by another person. Once everything is verified and clear we issue your payment. However, if during our evaluation we find the item to be different than what was described during checkout, we will make a revised offer. If this is the case, you are given the option of either accepting or declining our new offer. If declined, we will return your item. If accepted, this finalizes your transaction and a payment is issued to the method you requested.
No, our service is completely free! Nothing comes out of your pocket. We pay for all shipping and postage. Just send us your used cell phones and electronics free of charge, and we'll send you the cash.
The ESN stands for electronic serial number and is the standard of reference for your cell phone’s identity to your wireless service provider. IMEI and MEID are other acronyms that reference essentially the same number. These numbers are generally located in a cell phone’s battery compartment on the manufacturer’s sticker. Some cellphones, without accessible battery compartments, require accessing the ESN through the menu of the cell phone, typically in the settings category. If you can’t find your ESN for your cell phone, you can also contact the wireless service provider for which you had the account. They can provide you the ESN if you were the account holder for the cell phone. They can also tell you if your cell phone is clear for activation.
